What does the 8-day rain guarantee cover?
If rain affects the windows within 8 days of your service, we’ll come back and clean them again at no additional charge.
How much do pigeon guards cost, and what is included?
Pigeon guard installation is $1,199 for most solar arrays and includes a free solar-panel cleaning. Pigeon guards are backed by a 5-year guarantee.
How much do gutter guards cost?
Gutter guard installation is priced by square foot and depends on the size and layout of your home. Most residential installations typically fall in the range of $1,500–$3,000, with an exact price provided after measuring your gutters. Contact us for a free estimate.
Are downspouts included in gutter cleaning?
We clean gutters and downspouts throughout your home to help keep water flowing properly. Annual service is $299 per year, or choose biannual service for $249 per visit. Pricing applies to most homes under 10,000 sq. ft.
How does bundling and the 50% off savings work?
Add window, gutter, or solar-panel cleaning to another cleaning service and get 50% off the additional cleaning service.
